Is this just another supplement list?
No. Supplements are one chapter out of ten — not the program. The Blueprint runs in a strict, deliberate order because order is the whole point: Testing & Baseline Assessment tells you exactly where you stand before you change anything. Mindset & Purpose, Lifestyle & Environment, and Sleep & Recovery rebuild the foundation almost every “longevity routine” skips straight past. Detoxification and Longevity Nutrition clear the way. Fasting & Autophagy switches on your body’s own cellular cleanup system. Only then do Supplements & Longevity Compounds get layered in — because they work far better once the foundation underneath them is already working. Fitness & Movement builds the engine. Hormesis & Controlled Stress — sauna, cold, breathwork — is the final layer, once your body can actually handle that level of stimulus. Skip the order and you’re just another person taking supplements on five hours of sleep. Follow it, and every pillar compounds the one before it.
Do I need lab testing to start?
You can start Day 1 with the self-tests in Chapter 1 — fitness & performance, body composition, a full blood panel. But if you want proof, not just a feeling, that’s what the optional methylation-based aging gene test is for: it tells you your actual biological age, not your birth certificate age. Take it before you start, follow the Blueprint, retest later — and you’ll have a number, not a guess. I’ve reversed my own biological age by 17 years over 7 years of running this exact protocol. Even the slowest result I’ve seen at a 6-month retest was a full year of biological age reversed.
What if I can't stick to the program?
You don’t have to run all 10 chapters perfectly to see movement in your retest — you have to run them in order. Most people don’t fail this because it’s too hard; they fail because they jump straight to Fasting & Autophagy or Hormesis & Controlled Stress before the foundation (Mindset & Purpose, Lifestyle & Environment, Sleep & Recovery) is actually in place, burn out, and quit. Follow the sequence at whatever pace fits your life — slower is still forward — and the Action Guide is there specifically for the weeks you’re short on time, so a busy stretch doesn’t mean starting over.
What if I'm not comfortable with fasting, cold exposure, or intense exercise?
Every advanced pillar — Fasting & Autophagy, Fitness & Movement, Hormesis & Controlled Stress — has a beginner on-ramp built in. You don’t start with a 36-hour fast or an ice bath; you start wherever your Chapter 1 baseline says you actually are, and progress from there at your own pace. This isn’t about how much you can endure. It’s about the number on your retest — and that moves either way.
How long does the full Blueprint take?
Most people move through all 10 chapters in 3–4 months, then live inside the system for about a year before retesting. That’s the same framework I’ve followed for the past 7 years — the results compound the longer you stay with it. After the first year, the Action Guide keeps you running the protocol for good, because biological age isn’t a one-time fix, it’s a number you keep proving to yourself.
